Management Module
In the retail market, more than ever, optimizing inventory and pricing policies has become a pressing necessity. The Inventory Management module of the Nexus Retail application offers a modern and efficient solution for managing stock and warehouses (product catalog, purchasing management, warehouse consumption, stock levels, stock movement history, reporting, etc.).
Product Features
- Module configuration – includes the ability to define the goods/products used within the program (import is possible if a database is available).
- Supports working with multiple warehouses.
- Allows placing goods orders (monthly and special), as well as viewing placed orders. Orders can be edited directly from the module’s main window or from the buyers' order requests.
- Allows the recording of product/goods entries by creating specific documents (NIR). These documents can be created manually or automatically based on the accompanying invoices (already entered).
- Allows automatic or manual allocation of newly arrived goods to pending buyer orders (especially useful in e-commerce).
- Corrects NIRs entered in error and any discrepancies between the NIR and the received invoice.
- Generates transfer documents between warehouses.
- Generates output documents from inventory (e.g., Delivery Notes, Consumption Notes). For stock outflows, different methods are used (CMP, FIFO, LIFO).
- Keeps track of goods by user-defined categories.
- Each product has its own record with all necessary details (code, type, suppliers, stock, selling price, reserved quantity, warehouse distribution, available products).
- Provides a configurable filter for searching by: Code, Description, Type, Stock Availability, Movement Presence, Price.
- From the “Product Sheet” report, access is provided to: Movement Date, Movement Type (in/out), Stock Details (stock/reserved), Unit Price, Stock Value, Purchase Price.
- Notifies the user when goods arrive.
- Supports product reservations.
- Allows the granting of discounts (general, per customer, per product, etc.).
- Allows inventory and the generation of correction documents for those already created during inventory taking.
