Catalog Module

The Catalog module allows defining the company’s offering both structurally and in terms of vehicle pricing. It supports full specification of configuration details (general characteristics, technical data, optional accessories, combination rules, incompatibilities, availability, etc.).

It also allows flexible price association for each structural element in the offer, both individually and in combinations.

Main Features

• Define pricing calculation algorithms and associated variables (taxes, exchange rates, excise duties, etc.).
• Create and edit vehicle configurations.
• Initial definition and configuration of components: optionals, colors, upholsteries.
• Organize vehicles into categories/subcategories with flexible depth (e.g., Brand → Model → Type → Variant → Version).
• Customize the naming of optionals for each version.
• Set rules between optionals: incompatibilities, requirements, exclusive selections, forced combinations, etc.

Price Management

The "Prices" submodule allows initializing the variables that define price formation. Variables can be expressed as absolute or percentage values and can be:

• Global: applied to all vehicle versions;
• Local: allow different values per version.

The system retains a history of values and allows recalculations retroactively or for future dates.

• Version copying (technical sheet, optionals, colors, rules, etc.).

• Automatic saving of changes when switching to a new task.

• Multi-user simultaneous operation supported.
