Sales Module

The Sales module uses the data about cars and their prices entered in the Catalog&Price module. This information is used to create and track the status of car orders placed by Dealers to the Importer, as well as those generated by the Importer to the Manufacturer.

Product Functions

  • Allows the Dealer to create three types of car orders:
    • orders to cover own stock;
    • orders received from the Dealer’s Sales department;
    • orders created on behalf of dealers (in the case of the importer).
  • Allows creation of fleet orders.
  • Allows tracking the entire circuit an order goes through with the following options:
    • viewing and modifying all orders before sending them to the manufacturer;
    • launch by Importer or launch-reservation by Dealer;
    • approval-modification-rejection by Manufacturer;
    • planning-rescheduling for production;
    • confirmation of production start;
    • confirmation of production end;
    • delivery to the buyer (client of the importer or dealer);
    • possibility to continue, resume or exclude advanced orders from the circuit depending on the manufacturer’s response.
  • The module has a powerful order search function based on multiple criteria.
  • Orders are grouped for quick synthesis as follows:
    • importer stock (vehicles ordered by the importer for own stock and that can be reserved by dealers);
    • reservation stock (vehicles already reserved by dealers);
    • ordered stock (vehicles ordered by the importer on behalf of clients or dealers).
  • Provides the possibility to grant discounts for each order and client individually.
  • Allows creating a report reflecting all changes made to orders within a user-selected period.
  • Allows retrieving car orders and existing vehicles in the system.
  • A report-building tool with complex criteria and printable results.

  • Available vehicles – shows the available vehicle stock.
  • Reserved vehicles – shows the stock reserved by dealers.
  • Vehicles in production – shows vehicles currently in production.
  • Produced vehicles – cars fully produced and awaiting transport.
  • Vehicles in transit – stock sent from manufacturer to importer.
  • Vehicle orders – orders grouped by model and engine within a certain period.
  • Invoiced vehicles – orders invoiced within a selected period.
  • Planning differences – orders with differences between planned and actual week.
  • APIA total and detailed – lists delivery sums by model and contract type within a selected period.
  • Order status – number of cars by each order status within a selected period.
  • General report – number of cars by status and sales type within a selected period.

  • PreSales: information about customer orders placed by the Dealer’s Sales department.
  • Sales – Logistics: information about orders placed by dealers.
  • Accounting: automatic recording of accounting entries for invoices and payments/collections.
  • Configurator: communicates to extract information about parameters such as clients, employees, exchange rates, etc.
