PreSales Module

The Pre-Sales module enables customer relationship management, being specialized in automotive sales activities. It integrates essential functionalities such as contact and lead management, tracking their progress over time, opportunity monitoring, forecasting and analysis, as well as consolidated reporting. It also interacts with the Catalog module for generating personalized offers and with the Sales module for order processing.

Main Functionalities

  • Adding new customers to the user's portfolio;
  • Access to the Agenda for planning activities (events, test drives, "to-do" tasks);
  • Daily view of scheduled activities;
  • Color-coded activities based on importance;
  • Managing Opportunities: relationship progress with potential clients, estimated closing date, contract value, reason for loss;
  • Generating and printing personalized offers based on data from the Catalog module (model, engine, transmission, color, upholstery, optional features);
  • Launching orders for:
    • New cars (via full configurator);
    • Fleet vehicles (multi-configuration);
    • In-stock vehicles (selection based on existing characteristics);

  • Adding customers both to the personal and company portfolio;
  • Reassigning customers and orders between agents;
  • Assigning customers to agents;
  • Additional access in the Sales module: full order visibility;

Available Reports

  • Client Sheet: all data about the client, activities, opportunities, and orders;
  • Inactive Clients: details about inactivity over defined time periods;
  • Agenda: weekly view of activities grouped by hour;
  • Activity History: filter by type (event or task);
  • Phone Contacts: all client contact information or only selected ones;
  • Agent Opportunities: chronological view for selected periods;
  • Sales Plan: per agent, grouped by client or by stage;

Additional Reports for the Sales Director

  • Client Acquisition: information source vs. sales (global and per agent);
  • Opportunities by Source: analysis of opportunities based on origin;
  • Client Status: each agent’s relationship status with potential customers;
  • Opportunity Stage: each agent’s progress toward sale conversion.

Interactions with Other Modules

  • Catalog – Transfers information about vehicle configurations and prices for cars and optional features;
  • Sales – Transfers launched order information to the Dealer's sales department for invoicing.
